Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge to use Vecho?
No. If you can use WhatsApp or Facebook, you can run a Vecho store. You add products through simple forms. There's no coding, hosting or design work.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store starts free on yourname.vecho.pk, and you can connect your own .pk, .com.pk or .com domain from your dashboard. SSL (the padlock) is included.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Cash on Delivery is built in and works from day one. Digital payments like JazzCash and Easypaisa are coming soon as apps you can switch on.
Do you integrate with delivery companies?
Not yet. Courier integrations (like PostEx, Leopards and TCS) are coming soon. Until then, you set your own delivery rates by city and book parcels with your courier as usual.
I already sell online. Can I move my store to Vecho?
Yes. You can import your products with a CSV file, and our team will help you move your store for free. Just contact us after signing up.
What can Vecho AI do?
Today, Product Studio writes product descriptions and SEO content from a few basic details. You can edit everything before publishing. The Vecho AI assistant, AI product images and automations are coming soon.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay a fixed monthly plan price. Vecho takes no commission on your sales, on any plan.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. If you want to continue, pay by bank transfer or JazzCash and upload the receipt. Our team verifies it and keeps your store live.
